A solution to salvage the economy

Here is a sound solution, a moratorium on Foreclosures..

Geithner announced one back in Feb on so that the Obama administration could structure a program, to help struggleing homeowners. Guess what the program did not work if you look at the statistics of foreclosures, and the poor showing of actual loan modifications, so why not try another moratorium like they are calling for in Michigan and other parts of the country until a better solution is reached.  Here is an interesting article on  subject
